On the weekend we had bbq at the pirate park we had such a great time with all my close friends and family, Liz n Mark could not make it would be nice if they were there as well,but last night I had dinner with them and Susy and Oliver and their 2 daughters at Sparrow,followed by coffee and cake at Cino to go in Mt Lawley. Liz n Mark got us and my dearly sis gift from their “Around The World” second honeymoon huakakkaa.. thanks ya Liz, “Stu Darling.. you better take to Paris!!”

Anyway, Our Bbq was good and lots of laugh, not to mention while we were there at the pirate park we saw a drunken pirate huahjaakakkakska.. (well harmless guy but yeah..)

Sandy’s friends Yono brought “Stuffed deep fried tofu” which is one of Indonesian snack (what a shame I forgot to take the photo). Sandy brought some sausages too.

Adri brought coconut rice and fried rice noodle and belachan chili plus Kolak (Kolak is an Indonesian dessert made with palm sugar and coconut milk, with pandan leaf for flavour. Banana may be added to this base, as well as sweet potato, jackfruit, tapioca pearls. It is served either hot or cold.)

Ari brought Gado-Gado (steamed vegetables with peanut sauce) , Grilled chicken, Es Cendol (es cendol is a traditional dessert originating from Java,The dessert’s basic ingredients consist of ice cube ,coconut milk, starch noodles with green food coloring/pandan leaf, palm sugar,sweet jack fruit, and sago)

I brought Chicken satay , rice cake,cupcakes,My in law brought some drinks.

The kids really enjoyed while we were there. Got home and Stu and I watched SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER (JT was soooo younggg and skinny haha).

I made these cupcakes tonight for tomorrow “BBQ with Friends at the park” We all will bring some dishes as per family, in the other hand I will bring chicken satay complete with rice cake and peanut sauce and sambel kecap (which is a fresh sliced shallots with lots of sliced bird eye chillies mix with sweet soy sauce).

Some of my friends will provide some yummo Indonesian dishes such as coconut rice,gado-gado, grilled Indonesian chicken etc.. (yup Indo’s BBQ !!) ha ha ha there always be rice.

Its “Flake Cupcake” and its tested by TC and my sis, they were come for second like usual and I only had one like usual too ,I aint a sweet tooth like the rest of the family here.

I was surprised with Cameron’s first piano lesson, He was so excellent for the first time, his teacher said, he was very good. From right hand position (I been taught him haha) and read an easy c mayor notes for his left hand He got his first piano book to practice his theory and songs.

He need to practice more on his left hand. Next week he need to bring a sample of song that he like for his teacher to teach him how to play it on the piano and he choose to bring the “BICYCLE RACE” song by Queen (the sample can be on the cd)

At the moment we got the keyboard at home, its a decent yamaha keyboard which have everything,but I still prefer maybe in future we have a digital piano too.

Maybe like this, just simple digital piano.

PS:By the way sayang.. maybe in the future Cam can play the piano, Tom play the guitar and I sing????

My sister asked me to make Wonton Soup, wonton soup is not one of my favourite dish, but I don’t mind every now and then. This time I am using pork mince for the wonton, last time I made it I was using prawn and pork mince.

Hari ini TC masuk sekolah lagi dan gue bangun pagi lagi hehe , Pagi2 dah bangun siapin anak2 buat sekolah dari sarapan sampai bekal makan siangnya, Cam agak2 sedih, katanya “I want to be with you mummy” gue dengan hati luluh tapi pasang muka cuek bebek karena kalo enggak bisa2 dia nangis.. heheh gue bilang ajah ntr mummy kan jemput .. ntr pulang sekolah makan spring rolls lagi ya? (ember gue bikin 50 biji semalem) buat persiapan ajah kalo lagi ada yg dateng tiba2 heheh tinggal di deep fry , gue suka bikin banyak and gue froze-in, teteb enak kok jadinya.. kali ini gue bikin Spring Roll isi ayam dan sayuran.

Jangan di tanya berapa pada makan kemaren.. 20 biji ada kali antara kita ber 5 ( Tom,Cam,Stu,Put and gue) untungnya gue juga bikin satu macem lauk, Perkedel Tahu Ayam gue pake saos kacang. rasanya kaya tahu telor, enak juga dimakan sama fresh salad.

Satu lagi kemaren pas lagi suntuk nga tau mo masak apa, ala kadar makan nya karena ada garlic bread, so gue pikir bikin stir fry spaghetti yang paling gampang ajah deh .. so jadi deh, spaghetti di oseng2 pake garlic dan telor dan peas ,ya seperti biasa tabur2 in black pepper,keju dan extra virgin bo olive oil hehehe! jadi deh si Spaghetti with Egg and Peas trus di makan deh ama garlic breadnya (beli dr woolish)

Akhir crita .. hari ini dateng juga paket bulan-an gue haha setelah telat hampir 2 minggu gue worried bgt gue pikir waduh TC mo tambah ade lagi… (jgn deh.. gue malesssssss) hahaha… Thank God.. I am so verryyyyy happyyyyy.. Go PP!!
