We have been busy for the weekend, Dari di ajak Ari ke acara Galungan Festival (Baliness holiday) di Jandakot (thanks ya ari for inviting our loud family ) we really enjoyed it, kids were happy they loved the foods,especially all the Indonesian sweets. (Jgnkan anak2 ibu bapak nya pun menikmati makanan2 nya hehehhe).

Dimana ada gue ya harus lagh foto2.. huahahahha apalagi kalo rambut lurus gini.. (love u Indo Bondingggggg) nga sabar mo ke indo buat bondang bonding.. Liat dong Ari dengan kebaya Balinya.. suit suit.. (nga dingin ri?) hihihi

Ya seperti yg gue bilang jepret sana sini kalo camera ada di tangan..eh tapi lupa foto2 makan2nya hahaha..(bnyk di Lizzy foto makan2nya ntr gue save as aja dr fs heheh)

TC had their haircut, Stu had his new stuffs for the gardens,kids maen2 bubbles, gue in the other hand hari ini sibuk bo.. jadi super bibi.. dari nyapu,ngepel,cuci baju,lipet2 baju (nga pernah setrika kecuali baju yg harus di setrika haha), ya beres2 rumah deh mumpung semua pada nga di rumah..

Wiken kemaren bener2 enak buat di luar main2 dan berkebun, mataharinya dah anget dan juga nga sedingin kemaren2.. so while there was a sunny nice day, Kids been playing outside with their bubbles.

Pokoknya weekend kemaren bener2 sibuk sampe hari ini baru dikit2 selesai, karena ya capek, ya bantu2 Stu di kebun dsb, sampe2 gue masuk angin hueheh maklum deh doyan tahu.. Kebun kita mau di percantik dong.. mau di beres2in dikit di patio mau tambah2 in tanaman dan sebagainya untuk menyambut pesta natal tahun ini hehehe 4 bulan lagi kan… jadi by the time natal tiba hopefully tuh bunga2 dah pada bergaya mekar indah sempurna jadi tamu2nya bisa menikmati juga..

Baideweee.. Thomas won another drawing competition for 2008 book week, He won the drawing competition as well when he was in Pre-primary. He was so over the moon yesterday, coz he was the only kid who won the drawing competition from his class. (well done Tom!). From all year 2 only 2 winners (Tom and this one boy name Brandon) He told me He had drawn Monster inc for the competitions.

So Proud of you!

Cameron drew Sponge Bob on the weekend, He was asking me if he could send it to kids television programs,which I have no Idea where to send well I will find out maybe from the internet ,maybe to Saturday Disney or maybe toaster TV well I seriously have no Idea.

The twins had their book week parade on Tuesday, Cam dressed up as a pirate and Tom dressed up as Ben 10. I woke up early on that day to face paint Cam’s face

Cam was really keen on his pirate dress up while Tom just happy with his Ben 10 top and Ben 10 watch. We plan to have the twins Pirate Party for their birthday in January as well, so I was using this opportunity for painting Cam’s face first (Not bad,He liked it). In few weeks time I will make some pirate cupcakes for experiment (yes we all so excited with the Pirate Birthday Party!!) I also made 3D ship birthday invitation already haha ( I know I can be so freaking crazy with stuffs) I just can’t help my self, its all in my head,so I have to let it out right.. I will post my 3D ship birthday invitation later on.. its so easy to make!!! )

I picked the twins up from the school and we went to woolish to get some treats for us, while I was there I had this nagging feeling I want to make some new dishes.. one of them was KETAN (glutinous rice),finally here it is, my yellow ketan,with Serundeng (dry coconut with spices).

It’s so cute..

Serundeng (dry coconut with spices) not only nice with Ketan (glutinous rice) but also nice with plain rice. In Indo there’s a dish called NASI ULAM (Plain rice topped off with serundeng and few dishes to go along with). the dishes can be vary, depends how do you like it I guess.

I made my Nasi Ulam with Opor Ayam, Kering Tempe and Rolled Omelette, (easy and simple).

I made this dessert inspired from my friend Adriani, but I decided to make it with pandan coconut milk instead of fruit juice, also I add more variety Asian canned fruits to give it more flavour and texture.

Once a while I like to make scrumptious breakfast for my husband and I, It was so delicious especially for winter breakfast.

2 days ago I wasn’t feel good, so Stu took over to look afer TC while I had my early night. The next morning when I got up, I saw this huge block standing in the middle of the dining area, I try to have a closer look wondering what it was, and I smiled hahahaha.. Its must be “mummy block”. So I went up to TC’s room and woke them up and said “I saw the giant mummy block” and they smiled to me and said “we made it for you last night to surprise you in the morning and to make you happy because you were unwell last night” and I hugged them and told them to take the photo with the blocks.

“Nasi Goreng Pete” is one of Indonesian dish which contains pete beans with its unique pungent taste.
While some people add extra prawns or chicken when they make this dish, I only add some chives and eggs topped with corned beef omelette.

Sunday Night..

TC will have their “Teddy Bear Class Picnic” tomorrow morning, and we will provide cupcakes what else? I made the theme with Tiny Teddy and a banner “TA 24 Teddy bear Picnic” and decorated with some sugar candied. We think its cute and very easy to make, I have baked 25 cupcakes for TC’s class picnic and 10 for us, undecorated.

I decorated 3 cupcakes for my husband though haha.. its “Teddy and Heart Cupcake”. Its so cute for valentine which we don’t bloody celebrate hehehe.. I do celebrate everything as long as makes me happy.. after all I am a women

I do celebrate all kind of crap anyway eg: First month wedding anniversary or whatever I want to call it haha… (see what Stu have to put up with???) “A very thoughtful wife”.

On Saturday dinner,

I especially made this dish”Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak” (its time consuming but worth it, Its Grilled Chicken but been cooked with some spices until tender before you grilled it, I made some for my self,my husband and my twin boys.

Stu said: ENAKKKK BANGEDDD!!! hahaha

Due to my step kids don’t eat chilli, I marinated some chicken especially for them, well actually they grilled chicken way to easy to make, they loved it too. I decorated the plate with vegetables for them hahaha to encourage them to eat more vegetables, and Jamie ate all his dinner.. Emily only eat the lettuce and the beans,Tom ate all his dinner as well and Cameron ate his dinner too with extra tofu..and ABC sauce (its sweet soy sauce) he is so Indo.

Spaghetti with Anchovy and Rocket salad yup..I made this pasta again.. coz its taste soooooooo good.. I can eat this dish 2 times a week maybe.. its just so quick,healty and easy to make, the anchovy taste so saltyyy.. and the chilli taste so good and with bit of lemon and topped of parmesan cheese and extra virgin oil..gosh.. delicious.. in fact my mouth watering while I’m writing this

No matter how much they don’t like each other or annoys each others sometimes, they always company each other and protect each other some nights when they have nightmares, usually Tom end-up in Cam’s bed, even though Cam’s the one who have a nightmare
