Yup today I went out with my two handsome boys. We went to see “The Journey to the centre of the earth” in Morley Cinema. After that we had lunch together and window shopping. Had a super great time with them. We been out for more than 6 hours hahaha..

The movie was good and I really enjoyed it,as well as the twins.Then we went to do some groceries shopping before we heading home. We were very tired and TC always hungry.

About night time Stu,me,the twins and Emily went out to video Ezy at night and hired 2 movies and we really had a great time. We had popcorn as well and lollies (God please don’t make me fat ) I ate too much junk foods today,My face getting cubby.. but my dad said if you are getting fat means you are happy hahaha.. but still I can not be unattractive wife heheheh.. or unattractive mum with tracky pants LOL

I Love Spending time with TC, I will take TC to Indo Next year (that’s my plan to have a holiday with TC and Stu) (miss my friends,miss the foods). Off course I won’t leave my sons leave behind while I enjoying my holiday unless TC has to see their dad in Sydney,or Stu and I plan another honeymoon huehehhehe

TC will always come with me on holiday regardless (especially their ages..I just want to spend more and more time with them). I think all mums agree with me right???

School Holiday start … (envy Liz and Mark) lol Hm..Speaking of kids,I just remember my best friend son Tala, He is so adorable and likeable.. gemezzzzzzzzz….bawel,ganteng pula jadi inget ama Tala gue!!

Beside TC, Tala is the perfect boy I ever known, he is so mature even though he ‘s 6 months younger than TC. He is so well mannered,well behave,smart,cuteeeeeeeeeeeee (I think because he has a perfect mum as well) and he is a chatter box too. Hopefully TC and Tala can be friends when they older.

I miss Vika too (I have to go to Indo next year!!!)

While I was craving some Butter Chicken before, this time I will go with Russian dish (out of the blue I feel like to make Beef Stroganoff).

Duluuuu banget waktu jaman2 TC masih bebi gue pernah masak nih stroganoff tapi karena dulu yg makan cuma gue ,so males bgt deh masak2 gini.. Lain crita skrg karena TC getting big and loves masakan mama nya ya alhasil jadi lagh gue yg super maniac masak2. Juga Stu makan apa ajah yg gue masak juga Putri ade gue yg easy to be fed (fussy people eat grass aja deh!!)

Beef Stroganoff is nice, althought I won’t make it as my favourite dish of LD’s food galore. Easy to make but enough to have it once every few months.

Beef Stroganoff topped off with roasted almond flakes and chopped fresh parsley.

Siapa sih yang enggak suka Ayam Goreng Mentega pake ayam bertulang? (emang aslinya ayam mentega pake ayam yg bertulang kan ya?) he he yang biasanya gue kalo masak pake thigh fillets,kali ini craving juga pake wings, hasilnya repot bo hehehhe rasa juga same mawon ama kalo pake thigh fillets.So ini cuma buat foto2 ajah.. Favorit tetep pake thigh fillets ajah.. easy cepet dan juga nga repot makannya�

Ayam Goreng Mentega

I can not think how long a go I had IKAN TENGIRI/SPANISH MACKAREL , I loves fish dishes especially spicy ones. So jelek mata mode “on” eh ada ikan tengiri di woolish ,hm.. mahal juga ya.. apa emang mahal ato bisa2nya woolish mahal2in ikan tengiri? $26/kg so.. gue beli lagh sekilo nyobain dulu.. hehe..

Duh lama nya nga ngerasaain nih ikan, jadi inget duluuuuuu bgt jaman SMA nyokap sering bgt masak ikan goreng /pempek pake ikan ini. SO alhasil nostalgia bikin ikan goreng ala nyokap gue ,karena males and rumit plus nga telaten mo bikin pempek jadi gue goreng ajah deh ikannya pake lada,garem dan asem udah goreng kering dan saos pedasnya cuma bawang putih yg banyak di goreng kering bgt ama cabe ijo dan cabe merah dan kecap manis. Hasilnya.. uenakkkk bgtttt… seperti biasa apalagi makannya pake nasi ngepul2 dari rice cooker hehehe..

Fried Spanish Mackarell with Spicy Sauce ala LD

Setelah tangan gue retarded ngocok telor buat si sponge cake ini hasilnya sangat memuaskan walopun belum seutuhnya gue puas . Rasanya juga memuaskan, bener2 jadi deh sponge cake gue. Resep yg gue dapet ini nga pake butter sama sekali, memang agak kering tapi nga enek dan ringan bgt buat sore2 sambil minum teh.

Ini percobaan buat nanti kue ultah Letys minggu depan. Iya nih semua dekorasi dah di buat dikit2 tinggal di taro ajah di atas kuenya. Semoga deh letys suka hehe. Tangan dah gatel pingin hias2 kue gede.. maklum ini pertama kalinya gue bakalbikin kue gede..hihihi..nerves juga mikirinnya.

Chicken Schnitzel is our all the time favourite dish. Sometimes I made this dish with simple Nasi goreng and salad. When lazy mode “on” we have it with chips or if I have extra energy side effect from Berocca we have it with steam veggies as well

Also.. I love to dip my Chicky Snitzee on bloddy hot chilli sauce from Indo.. yumyum..

I have been craving with Indian food lately, I just love the taste of it. So Butter Chicken and Chappati now will join our favourite dishes from LD food galore.huahahhaha..

Our weekend was wonderfull, I am so happy to have all the family in my life, so full of laugh,happiness and joyfull even though kids always loud and crazy and annoying sometimes but I really enjoy having 6 of us out together.

The side effect of berocca really kicks me in.. feel so HYPER hahaha and poor my husband have to put up with the “Hyper” wife climbing the tree with mini skirt huehehehhe..

Thomas dan Cameron lagi seneng di foto2 yah banyak deh gaya2 mereka yg aneh2 hehe, tapi ini salah satu foto Thomas yg super gaya.

Kalo siang2 ngeblog ttg TC kangen juga pingin peluk2 mereka,giliran udah pada pulang sekolah gue suka sebel kalo mereka berantem.. kalo di hukum masuk kamar/usir ke halaman belakang, bukannya diem malah dia tambah kata2an ato kejar2an kaya anjing-kucing kalo gue hukum di kebun belakang., heran deh.. nga bisa diem. (kita disini kalo anak2 dah buandel kita suruh ke kamar mereak dan diem selama 10-15 menit tergantung bandelnya kaya apa) kalo ya dikit2 ajah paling 2-3 menit di kamar.. maksudnya biar time out gtu lohhh)

Lupa nih, Gue dan TC selalu rutinitas sebelum bobo (little spending time plus ber puisi2 ria terutama ama Tom) kalo Cam mah straight foward.. seperti.. I love you Mum,You are the best etc.. huggy hug, and night2 but with Tom selalu “deep talk” (a.ka Gombal yg menyenangkan)

Like he was saying last night when I looked at his handsome face:“Mum, if there’s a millions mums out there amongs the stars (I was wondering why stars??) and I have to choose, I will choose you”(gue cengir2 ajah) heheh I said :“why?” Tom said.. : “Because no one can be as good as you and as wonderful as you are.” (waaa….. I am so touchy bo.. ampe mo nangis nulis ni blog)

I replied to him: “You and your brother are the best thing in my life and I Love you two so much,and I will do anything for you both no matter what, and off course if I have to choose millions sons out there amongs the stars I will definitely choo choo choose 2 sons…you and Cam”

(Cam from the top bunk said: “why mums and sons amongs the stars???” ) lol mungkin dia pikir apa kaitannya ibu-ibu dan anak-anak ama bintang2 hahahha.. anak2 gue kocak2 kalo lagi ngobrol2.

Tom has his own way to show how much he loves me, while Cam has his own way too. love them lots.
