Chinese Chicken Congee – I love the congee heaps!!!

Rice cakes with vegetables,tofu,egg in spicy coconut sauce “Tupat Sayur” – Trust me it’s yummoo.. haha

Coconut rice with all the side dishes.
Shreded omelette ,fried rice noodle,spicy anchovy and peanut, chilli peanut sauce.

I had a great nite at Chris and Sundi’s place in the city on the weekend..

I really enjoyed the party, nice apartement guys!! and great company as well. Stuart and I really had a great time. However Mr. Sundi….. next time for custom made cupcakes I need a week notice not 2 days before the due date… just to make it perfect anyway.. tapi apa sih yg nga gue lakuin buat elo hueheheh…

On Sunday I made this cupcake for Craig’s birthday-Irma’s hubby- ( as requested ) and happy to  hear that he likes them.

Barramundi fish is our favourite fish. I love the taste.. hm…. you can grilled it, pan fried it… steamed it.. and it’s just taste so good.

This time I pan fried the fish with some rice flour and spices.. then pour the spicy tangy sauce on top of it.. Easy and quick dinner .. )

The twins in Sydney from Sunday.. I missssss them already.. my cheeky handsome boys… I hope they don’t get spoil too much by their dads family.. hahaha.. coz when they come back to their beautiful mum they will back to the reality!! yes.. reality my boys…

I miss the boys but not really worry about it, enjoying my single time, hahaha.. especially my sister just bought a new car, so most of the time when she’s home we just drive to some places.

I designed this cupcakes for her birthday cupcakes, I wasn’t sure she would like it, (it’s a surprise birthday cupcakes) however I am happy it’s really match what she’s wearing.

I made the flowers from sugar paste, It took me about half an hour� to complete all 28 twilight flowers.

It’s easy,� you just need lots of patience as the small black flower are very fragile..
