500gr Minced beef
500gr chopped hard tofu,
2 tablespoon Doubanjiang (chilli bean sauce)
1 tablespoon garlic, finely mince
1/4 cup spring onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon corn flour dilute with 1/2 cup of water (must mix it well otherwise it will separate)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
salt and pepper as needed
4 tablespoon canola oil
Heat the oil in the wok on medium heat, add the garlic and the minced beef stir fry until brown.
Add spicy black bean sauce, mix well and cook for about 2 minutes.
Toss in the tofu and cook for further 2 minutes, add the corn flour mixture, stir well over heat until combined.
Add the salt and pepper as needed and toss in the spring onion and mix well.
Transfer to a plate and drizzle the sesame oil on the top.
