Fried Rice Vermicelli
400gr cooked rice vermicelli (the best just soak the dry vermicelli in hot water until it soft)
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded cabbage
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
White pepper as needed
Canola oil as needed
Chopped coriander leaves (optional)
chopped chillies (optional)
Heat the oil in the wok, medium heat, add cooked vermicelli, carrot,cabbage,sweet sauce,fish sauce mix well and cook about 5 mins.
Add the pepper and add more sweet sauce or fish sauce as needed.
