Bakwan Sayuran – Vegetable Fritters

Handful of each; finely chopped cabbage, bean sprouts and grated carrot.
1 Tbs spring onion and celery, finely chopped
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1Tbs chopped garlic
1 cup Plain flour
1/2 cup Rice flour
Water as needed

Mix everything in a bowl, adding water gradually until consistency is thick.

Place 1 tbs into hot canola oil and fry until brown and crispy
