200gr cooked rice vermicelli
1/2 cup BBQ pork or any cooked meat you like
1/2 cup red or green capsicum, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup beansprouts
1/4 cup spring onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon garlic,finely chopped
4 tablespoon canola oil
The Sauce ingredients:
1 tablespoon curry powder (Malay curry powder or Indian curry powder)
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons premium soy sauce
1/4 cup water
Heat the oil in the wok on medium heat, add the garlic and the cooked meat and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add the cooked vermicelli, mix well and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the sauce mix and cook for further 2 minutes before adding all the veggies.
Stir well over heat until combined
