Bo Luc Lac (Stir Fry Beef Vietnamese Style)
500gr rump steak, cut into cube marinate few hours or overnight with:
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
2 table spoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper or as needed
5 tablespoons canola oil
Roughly chopped coriander leaves
finely sliced Spanish onion
toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Method:
Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat, when the oil start to smoke add the marinated beef and tossing continuously for few mins.
Transfer to a plate and top with chopped coriander leaves, Spanish onion and toasted sesame seeds (optional)
serve immediately.
