Ingredients:
120gr butter in room temperature
1/2 cup dark brown sugar or caster sugar
1 egg
2 cups Self raising flour
1 teaspoon vanila extract
1/2 cup chopped walnut
1/2 cup dark choc chips or milk choc chips
Method:
-Preheat 170c fan forced
-Line the baking tray with baking paper
-Mix the butter and sugar 2 mins
-Add the egg mix for 2 mins, add the vanilla extract
-Add the self raising flour, mix well, add the choc chips and chopped walnut
-Knead the dough and roll into small balls, put it on the baking tray and flatten with a fork
-Bake for 10 mins
