Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Ingredients:
375 Nestle Melts Cooking Chocolate Compound Dark
190 butter -chopped (put it on med pot)
1 ½ cup Self raising flour -sifted
¼ cup cocoa powder -sifted
1 cup brown sugar or dark brown sugar -firmly packed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
¼ – ½ cup chopped walnut

Method:
Preheat oven fan forced 170c
Grease medium size rectangular pan, line base and sides with baking paper
Melt butter and chocolate in a medium pot. Remove from heat , whisk in sifted cocoa, brown sugar and extract until smooth
Stir eggs one by one until smooth (about 10 seconds) stir sifted flour until smooth, add chopped walnut (save some for sprinkle on the top)
Pour mixture into pan spread evenly, sprinkle walnuts on top
Bake 35 mins. Cool brownie in pan about 15 mins
Pull the brownie slowly from the pan and cut into any size you like
