On Sunday we had vegetarian day, Mulai dari sekarang kita bakal buat vegie day setiap bulan purnama 🙂 Iya itungan nya kata Stu tiap full moon. Nga tau kenapa ya gue ikutin ajah he he he Dia kan penganut si Buddha eke sih ok ok ajah..giliran gue yang bingung and cari inspirasi buat masak menu vegetarian, yang lezat dan ngebosenin.
So vegie day kita kali ini :
–Vegetarian Hokkien Noodles ( only salt and pepper and sweet soy and soy sauce ) I added choy sum, cabbage, bean sprouts, corainder leaves.
–Spicy Bittermelon and fried Tofu with extra very hot chilli (my fav with Put) , well I was not planning to make this dish but when I went to Asian grocery I saw this so prettyyyy bittermelon so green and fresh 🙂 I just couldn’t resist it even for $8.99 /kg! hehe.
–Gado-Gado (well everones knows Gado2 anyway..) mix vegetables raw or cooked topped off with peanut sauce and bitternut crackers.
