This one is a bomb! taste so good.. even though I am not a sweet tooth person, but I am telling you, the chocolate cupcake and the ganache frosting plus a malteser just melting in your mouth hmmm….. definitely my favourite!!!

Barramundi fish is our favourite fish. I love the taste.. hm…. you can grilled it, pan fried it… steamed it.. and it’s just taste so good.
This time I pan fried the fish with some rice flour and spices.. then pour the spicy tangy sauce on top of it.. Easy and quick dinner .. :))
The twins in Sydney from Sunday.. I missssss them already.. my cheeky handsome boys… I hope they don’t get spoil too much by their dads family.. hahaha.. coz when they come back to their beautiful mum they will back to the reality!! yes.. reality my boys… 🙂
I miss the boys but not really worry about it, enjoying my single time, hahaha.. especially my sister just bought a new car, so most of the time when she’s home we just drive to some places.

One of our favorite light lunch at home, easy, cheap and you can make your own combination meats. The baguette are form Asian groceries, pork Pate, fish sauce, mayonnaise, cucumber,carrot and some fresh chili if needed.

I Think the only celebrity Chef I like is Jamie Oliver, Not only he got a cute Brit accent but he is so charming and all his recipes are easy to follow.. (well speaking of his recipe I only tried maybe 5-6 recipes so far).
This Breakfast recipe from “Jamie at home” is easy and really nice to have. I modified the recipe a bit, because I haven’t got some the ingredients hehehe..and I add some hashbrown as well.
I am not really a breakkie person however if I woke up about 10am ish I can eat last nite left over such as Nasi Goreng or any asian food :). I can’t eat cereal or even toast in the morning.. (unless if I have to).It just seems not right for my stomach.
Sometimes I make a big breakfast for my husband, and he always happy to eat them haha. He can’t eat Indo breakfast otherwise I will make him Rice Porriage with egg hahaha.. or even Coconut rice with peanut chilli sauce with fried rice noodle haha..or maybe Rice cake in spicy coconut gravy haha (speaking of this dishes, I can’t wait to go to Jakarta in August!!) we’ll see if my husband will survive!! LOL
This week is my husband turn to cook,He showed me how to make this roast beef and the rest of the dinner, It’s easy but I will let him do this dish anyway 😛
The Roast was wonderful, The potato was the best it’s really crispy in the outside. I am not really like cheese however the brokolli cheese was great too. The Yokshire pudding was always complete the dish.
Distraction… *again* I really can’t wait till I go to Jakarta…. We even got invited for my best friend birthday party already.. hm… party party party again.. and it’s gonna be beach party !! YAY… haha
Both of my twins loves to help me in the kitchen, in this post Thomas made mashed potato (with my help off course) however with his passion I can tell he loves to cook.

Another Birthday celebration, this time it’s my father in law’s birthday.. We went out dinner together with our big family on Monday night, then have coffee/tea and cake at their place.
This Saturday my step daughters 10th birthday party, Stu and I let her choose the theme and she choose to have “Ghost and Spooks” theme.. LOL
We will always do anything we can for her to make her happy, so she will have a good memory of her 10th Ghost and Spooks birthday party 🙂
I ready for dress up, Emily ready for dress up..I am not sure what the twins will wear..hm… maybe they can be “small” Dean and Sam lol
So hopefully Emily will enjoy the party from us 🙂

We went to Ice skating and pertama kali nya kita maen ice skating. GIla seluruh badan gue mau remuk, TC jatoh2 tapi pantang menyerah.
Enak juga siy ya maen2 di ice skating muter, olah raga , tapi buset licin benerr hahah iya lagh namanya juga es.. hehehe.. tadinya gue ngeri gue pikir bener2 blade piso ternyata nga kok..
Kita dapet 2 jam sesion (mahal juga $17 buat 2 jam) tapi asik juga siy.. nga nyesel..lotsa fun..malesnya banyak remaja2 gitu hahah. malessss hehe..
Alhasil hari ini pantat gue sakit,dengkul gue memar dan telapak tgn gue nyut2an effect dari jatoh kemaren. Tapi yang penting TC hepi dan gue juga hepi, moga2 kalo mereka dah biasa bakal fun for kita buat jadi salah satu activity..hehe..
